GRAPES :

35 % Cabernet Franc
25 % Malbec
20 % Merlot
20 % Tannat


VINIFICATION :

By bleeding.
Clarification at a low temperature (16°-18°)


FERMENTATION :

In vats


TASTING NOTES :

An attractive, lively pink colour. The bouquet has pleasant aromas of small red fruits. A dry wine but fresh to the palate with a clear, pleasant flavour.


SOMMELIER'S SUGGESTION :

To be consumed within a year with charcuterie, shell-fish, grilled meats and spicy dishes.
