SOIL :

Stony slopes, always dry during the summer season
Oceanic climate


GRAPES :

45 % Merlot
25 % Cabernet Franc
25 % Tannat
  5 % Cabernet Sauvignon


VINIFICATION :

Traditional (28°-30°)


MACERATION :

15 to 20 days


FERMENTATION :

In vats


TASTING NOTES:

A wine with a deep ruby red colour and red berry flavours. Supple to the palate. The discreet tannins are finely integrated.


SOMMELIER'S SUGGESTION :

To be consumed in the next four years, with red meat, traditional dishes from the south-west of France and specialties such as stews and game casseroles, cheese…  To be served from 14°c to 17°c.
