Boulbènes and Graves
 
GRAPES :
40 % Merlot
30 % Cabernet Franc
30 % Malbec

VINIFICATION :
By straight pressing
Clarification at a low temperature (16°-18°)
 
FERMENTATION :
In vats
 
FLAVOUR :
An attractive, lively pink colour. The bouquet has agreeable scents of fruit. A dry wine but fresh to the palate with clear, pleasant taste.
 
SOMMELIER’S SUGGESTION :
To be consumed within a year with charcuterie, shell-fish, grilled meats and spicy dishes.
