80 % Muscat de Hambourg.
20 % Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon.

VINIFICATION :

By bleeding
At a low temperature (16°-18°)


FERMENTATION :

In vats


TASTING NOTES :

A typical muscat taste, very fruity (white peach, litchi) with a hint of vanilla.


SOMMELIER'S SUGGESTION :

To be consumed within a year, chilled, as an aperitif or dessert wine and also with the typical melon from south-west of France
