A little bit of poetry

"To evoke the sensuality of a wine, you must not only consider the techniques of wine tasting, but also go in quest of the pleasure of your senses. Pleasure is, by nature, physical, animal and carnal. With wine, life enters our bodies. Because it stimulates our senses and uses a vocabulary and terminology that often makes reference to the human body, wine tasting opens the door to hedonism. More obviously carnal and charmer than intellectual, wines, which are sensual, have in common the immediate pleasure that they bring us. Their sensuality is revealed, simply for some, and more sophisticatedly for others. They have the ability to seduce our senses and to give themselves fully with neither explanation nor complex. A personal gift for a shared, physical pleasure. A sensation of well-being and happiness. A celebration of the senses."
