THE BLACK WINE AND THE FRENCH PARADOX
In 1991, Professor Serge Renaud claimed that the association between food, livestyle and the consumption of red wine has a direct influence on the lowering of the mortality rate and cardiac disease in the french and, notably, those in the Gers. It's the French Paradox!

In 2007, Professor Roger Corder published, under the title " The red Wine Diet " his research concerning the wines of Sardaigne and the South West, which he found to be particularly rich in Procyanidin, molecules wich can protect the arteries.

In may 2009, we decided to send a bottle of VIN NOIR 2008 to Professor Corder in the United Kingdom for his analysis.

The analysis has confirmed what we thought... our wines are riche in anthocyane (colour), are equally rich in polyphénol ( tannins) and procyanidins : 1468 mg/ltr for the VIN NOIR ! From Professor Corder's research, wines wich have a concentration of procyanidins superior to 960 mg/ltr give maximum protection for the heart and the arteries.

Enjoy and share the VIN NOIR for pleasure and friendship, but in moderation to benefit from the advantages of French Paradox
