SOILS:

Boulbènes & Graves

GRAPES:

40 % Merlot
30 % Cabernet franc
30 % Tannat

VINIFICATION :

Traditional (28°-30°).

MACERATION :

8 to 10 days

FLAVOUR :

A dark, rich colour verging on ruby red. A sensual and intense bouquet typical of the region.
Full and supple to the palate, the tannin is finely integrated and leaves room for the scent of prunes and fruits.

SOMMELIER'S SUGGESTION :

To be consumed in the next five years with red meat, stews, game casseroles and cheese.
